Customer Loyalty Analysis Using Recency,Frequency, Monetary (RFM) and K-means Cluster for Labuan Bajo Souvenirs in Online Store

An average Labuan Bajo souvenir shop sells a variety of souvenirs specific to Bajo. However, the sales process is still manual, with resorting telephone or WhatsApp communication connect customers for placing orders. To increase sales, typical shops in are interested adopting effective marketing strategies. Consequently, an automated system necessary manage customers. The Recency, Frequency, and Monetary Analysis methods commonly used assigning values weights during transactions. These then analyzed grouped using k-means. Recent data analysis over last three months reveals that has one regular customer, potential customers, six Testing system's features showed it was functioning correctly, therefore, can assist streamlining process.
